Oma's Bakeshop has been a beloved staple in the North Kildonan neighborhood since 1966.
Owner since 2018, Quinn Birston started working in the shop fresh out of high school and quickly became invested in the bakery. From front-of-house customer service in 2013, to cake decorating, to head baker - Quinn has mastered every aspect of the craft.
