If you are unhappy with one of our products please contact us and we can offer a refund or an exchange. A receipt is required if you want your money back, if you do not have your receipt then we can offer an exchange.
The product must also be brought back to the shop in order to receive the return/exchange. This allows us to look into the reason for the complaint so we can fix the problem and improve.
Please note: If the product was thrown away or eaten then we cannot offer a return or exchange.
We cannot provide any products that are 100% gluten free or 100% peanut free.
Our facility produces many products with various types of nuts as well as gluten. We do offer Wendells Cookies that are certified gluten free as well as a few gluten friendly options. Our staff will be happy to direct you to our gluten friendly options when you visit our shop.
For any other allergy inquiries, please email them to omasbakeshop@gmail.com and you will be promptly answered.
For orders that are greater than $100 we require a 50% deposit for the order to be placed. They can be paid over the phone with a credit card or in the shop with any method.
All deposits are non-refundable 1 week prior to the pick up date.
